外周血细胞分析与NSCLC晚期患者预后的相关性(2)-找论文网

Pedersen等［12］在1115例原发性肺癌的多因素分析中显示血小板计数增多与不良预后有强烈的关系。欧洲肺癌工作组对1052例肺癌晚期研究发现在单因素分析中，血小板计数与预后有关［13］。

于化鹏等［14］的研究提示血小板数量增多和功能亢进是造成老年肺心病病人呼吸衰竭的重要原因，这可能也是血小板计数增多的NSCLC晚期病人预后不良的因素之一。

外周血淋巴细胞相对计数减少和血小板增多，都是提示NSCLC晚期病人预后不良的标志，是简单、准确、易于获得的且价格便宜的指标。
