【摘要】 目的 探讨技工学校学生心理健康状态及相关影响因素。 方法 对417名技校学生应用症状自评量表进行测查，并与中国青年和中学生常模比较。 结果 技校学生心理问题发生率为15.53%；三年级学生心理问题发生率高于一年级，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；男生与女生之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)；技校学生强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对4项因子分明显高于全国青年常模(P<0.01)；焦虑、抑郁、强迫、敌对、躯体化、恐怖、偏执、精神病性8项因子分低于全国中学生常模(P<0.01)。 结论 技校学生存在一定的心理问题，尤其是毕业生，学校应有针对性的开展心理健康教育。

Investigations and analyses of students’ mental health states in technical school
【Abstract】 Objective To explore mental health states and relative factors of students in technical school. Methods Surveys were conducted in 417 students of technical school using Symptom Checklist90(SCL90) and compared with the norms of both the Chinese youth and students of high school. Results Incidence rate of psychoproblems of students in technical school was 15.53%; that of grade 3 students was higher than of grade 1 ones and the difference had significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between male and female students(P>0.05); scores of 4 factors were obviously higher in students of technical school than in youth norm(P<0.01) and that of 8 factors lower than in norm of students of high school(P<0.01). Conclusion Students in technical school have certain psychoproblems, especially graduates; mental health education should be purposefully developed.

目前对大学生、中学生的心理健康研究较多。多数研究认为，大、中学校学生普遍存在心理健康问题，而对技工学校学生的心理健康状况研究较少。为探讨技工学校学生的心理健康状况及相关影响因素，更好地开展心理咨询和毕业前的就业指导，我们对河南省新乡市两所技工学校一、三年级的学生进行了随机调查，现将结果报告如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象
随机抽取河南省新乡市两所技校不同专业的一、三年级学生为调查对象，其中男生281名，女生131名；一年级学生210名，三年级学生202名；年龄15～19a，平均16.32±0.54a。
1.2 方法
采用症状自评量表(ScL90)［1］,按要求采用团体自我评估方法进行，以班级为单位在流调人员统一讲解后，由被调查者在课堂上自行填写，答卷当场收回。共发放调查问卷417份，收回有效问卷412份，有效率98.80%。该量表由90个项目组成，分为五个等级，表示无、轻、中、重、极重5个程度，分别计1～5分。主要统计指标总分和各因子分、中度痛苦水平(因子分≥3)的因子发生率。以SCL90总分≥160分或任一因子分≥3分为阳性，即视为有心理问题发生［2］，并与国内青年常模、中学生常模相比较。所有数据均采用SPSS10.0统计软件包处理，并进行卡方检验。
