    [Abstract]   Objective  To explore the change of cardiac muscle zymogram in traumatic and vascular intracranial hemorrhage petients between the effection on sererity trauma of injury status and the relationship of characteristic of hemorrhage.Methods    Each 40 cases of traumatic and vascular intracranial hemorrhage petients were selected  divided into two groups. According to admission GCS grade3-8¡äand 9-15¡äwere reclassificated two groups, determinating blood gerum of AST ¡¢CK¡¢CKMB¡¢LDH during the first 24h, and 40 cases of healthy physical examination were divided into control group at the same period. Comparing the estimated value Results    The  blood cardiac muscle zymogram of traumatic and vascular intracranial hemorrhage petients was above control group had statistics signification; the  blood cardiac muscle zymogram of traumatic and vascular intracranial hemorrhage petients above normal was contrast had no statistics signification; GCS 3-8¡ägroup ,GCS 9-15 ¡ägroup and control group were contrast each other had statistics signification Conclusion   Traumatic and vascular intracranial hemorrhage patient's blood cardiac muscle zymogram is high in acute phase, and the degree has unrelated to characteristic of hemorrhage, but has related to sererity trauma of injury status,directly effect prognosis.
