【摘要】 目的 探索在突发公共卫生事件中社区健康教育的策略。方法 调查在SARS流行时，不同人群获取相关知识的情况和接受信息的途径。结果 在相关知识的了解上，对SARS病原学、其传播途径和管理类别的掌握达80%左右，对使用何种消毒剂知晓率仅有573%，能够服从良好卫生习惯的比例仅有467%，特别是服务业仅有32%的人能够遵守预防SARS的行为习惯；小学以下文化程度与其他文化程度相比，对相关知识的知晓率最低。接受信息的途径以电视、社区宣传、报刊杂志为主，外来务工人员接受信息的途径比较分散。结论 在SARS等公共卫生事件发生时，健康教育具有重要的作用，但也存在一些薄弱环节。文化程度低者、外来务工人员、服务行业人员需要加强健康教育的力度。

Study on the Health Education Policy in City Community from SARS Investigation

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the strategy of health education in community . Methods During severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic period, the knowledge about SARS and the approaches which the people get from were investigated.Results The respondents knew some basic knowledge of SARS well. But only 573% of them knew how to use the disinfectant to SARS,467% could obey the health behavior，but for service workers, the rate was only 32%. The people with primary educational level had the lowest percentage of awareness. Most of the People get knowledge of SARS mainly from television, community education, newspaper and magazine. But nonlocal workers get the knowledge of SARS from more dispersive ways. Conclusions Health education is important in controlling the severe public health events(SPHE). But the poor educated people, service workers and nonlocal workers should be pay more attentions on health education when the SPHE occurs.

2003年6月SARS流行期间，对宜昌市西陵和伍家岗2个区的居民进行了问卷调查，以了解居民对SARS相关知识的掌握程度和个人行为及接受途径，探讨在类似的突发公共卫生事件中对社区居民健康教育的有效模式，为制定社区健康教育策略提供参考。
1 对象与方法
11 调查对象
采用整群抽样的方法，在宜昌市2个区内分别抽取2个居委会，共抽取4个居委会。在每个居委会中抽取若干个楼栋的18岁以上的居民为调查对象，共抽取1 856人，回收问卷1 787份，回收率963%。其中男性886人（占496%） ，女性901人（占504%）。
12 调查内容与方法
采用自行设计的问卷进行调查，内容包括一般人口学特征、SARS基本知识、传播途径、主要症状、预防措施、战胜疾病的信心等。调查由经过培训的医学院高年级本科生和居委会工作人员上门执行。
13 统计分析方法
用SPSS 115统计软件进行统计描述及单因素分析和多因素分析。
2 结果
21 SARS认知情况
主要包括病原知识（SARS病原体特性）、传播途径、消毒剂使用、传染病管理类别、遵守卫生习惯及保持情况。按性别、文化程度和职业对相关知识的认知情况进行统计。
