¡¾abstract¡¿ objective to study effects of low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccarides on immune cells in liver cancer loaded mouse.method established liver cancer loaded mouse model and divided randomly mice into five groups£¬then executed mice after 10 days and measured the body weight¡¢tumor weight and spleen weight£¬and compared difference with each other and calculated the tumor inhibitory rate and spleen index£»taking peripheral blood to detect immune function of mice with flow cytometry.results low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigtum polysaccharide could enhance the tumor inhibitory rate and spleen index£»cd3+¡¢cd19+¡¢cd4+/cd8+ ¡¢cd16+32+ level of surrounding blood increased.conclusion low energy laser irradiation unite solanum nigrum polysaccharide may obviously enhance immune function of the body and inhibit the growth of the liver cancer in mouse.
