¡¾¹Ø¼ü´Ê¡¿  ÏÉÈËÕÆ¶àÌÇ ¸ß֬Ѫ֢ Ñõ»¯

¡¡¡¡Abstract£ºObjectiveTo investigate the antioxidative effects of Opuntia dillenii Haw.polysaccharides(OPS) on hyperlipidemia rats in vivo. MethodsSixty rats were randomly divided into six groups£®OPS was given to hyperlipidemia rats through gavage for 10 days. Then the activities of ALT and AST in rat liver were determined, meanwhile heart was sampled for measurement of MDA content, activity of SOD and the anti-superoxide anion free radical (O-2¡¤ ) respectively. ResultsCompared with control group, OPS could increase SOD activity , decrease the activities of ALT and AST, and reduce the content of MDA and O-2¡¤£®Conclusion OPS has significant antioxidative activity and the mechanism may be related with oxygen free radical elimination and anti-lipid peroxidation£®
