Governmental Credit and Governmental Consciousness
Abstract As the basis and source of the social credit,governmental credit is the key to the establishment of social credit system. The refore,the improvement of governmental credit has great sigificence towards the personal and enterprise’s credits.Governmental credit anomie include out of credit,credit insufficiency,credit abused,credit crisis,and will lead to government failure.In order to improve the governmental credit,it is necessary to emphasize its concept,administrate by law,proclaim with evidence and realize the promise.At the same time,we should farther transform the function of the government and regulate its conducts.Under the current system,the methods to improve the governmental credit and the solutions to the credit crisis depend on the independence of the government,i.e,governmental consciousness.To some extent,the level of the governmental consciousness determines the level of the governmental credit.
